Idler Scale System

ConveyWeigh offers conveyor belt scales in the one, two, three and four idler models. The more weighing idlers you have in your belt scale increases accuracy. It is a matter of the electronics having more time to do its job and adding weigh idlers increases the time the integrator has to sample the weight signal.

Determining which belt scale you need depends on how accurate you need it to be. Our single idler model will typically deliver between 1 – 2 % accuracy depending on the quality of the belt, solidity of the belt structure, belt speed, scale loading, belt tension device and wind effect.

DJ-04 Antistatic Ionizer

Antistatic ionizer is used to remove overflow of mainly plus ions, and also minus ions from the load and elements of a balance and the environment. Electric charges of the air are neutralized by the ionizer enabling reaching a quasi-balance of plus and minus ions.

Unbalance of plus and minus ions in the air frequently causes unwanted electric influences (attraction or repulsion) of elements which are in small distance to each other. It is a usual phenomenon for non-conducting materials (i.e. plastic, glass). As some of balance elements are made of plastic and glass, this problem can considerably affect their operation and measurement results. The influence of electrostatics appears in a form of multiplied repeatability error or as multiplied error of indications.

PUE HY10 Terminal

The software of the advanced-class PUE HX7 weighing terminal now features vehicle weighing function. The working mode enables to weigh lorries and calculate mass of the load on the basis of weighing carried out on the entry and at the exit. Upon completing the first weighing and the transaction, a report ticket is printed out and all data is archived by the terminal. GSW Software

Reliable software for weighingoperations on truck and rail scales

The GSW Standard program installed on one computer can handle three scale meters. For every weighing devices, it is possible to perform single weighing, double weighing (entry/exit weighing), multiple weighing, compound weighing (long vehicles are weighed by means of short scales), service-related weighing and taring. Collecting, presenting and statistical analysis of measurements

Modern R-Lab software enables collecting, presenting and carrying out statistical analysis of measurements sent by RADWAG scales. The software operates with max 20 scales simultaneously.

Data can be saved either manually or automatically. R-Lab software operates online exclusively.

Statistics created by the software include measurement quantity, minimum and maximum values, mean values, median, standard and mean deviation, variance, variance and deviation estimator and weighings sum.

THB-R PC Software

THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup.

The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder.

PIPETTES Software

Computer software PIPETTES is intended to determine volume measurement errors of pipettes (batchers) in accordance with the standard ISO 8655. The software supports calibration of fixed volume pipettes (single channel) and adjustable volume pipettes (1, 8, 12 channel).

The program features database of RADWAG pipettes and also enables defining custom pipette models.
